Permanent hair strokes are bladed into the skin and filled with pigment. This price includes one touch-up. Numbing is done prior to the procedure. This procedure is NOT for everyone! If you have had your eyebrows Tattooed this may not work for you. It may not hold or cover the tattoo because of the scar tissue. THIS PRICE INCLUDES ONE TOUCH-UP. THE TOUCH -UP MUST BE COMPLETED IN 4-6 WEEKS OF THE FIRST PROCEDURE. ANY TOUCH-UP AFTER THAT WILL BE CHARGED $100.
